That's where The Funding Studio as the fiscal sponsor comes in. The Funding Studio, which already has the necessary legal status (501(c)(3)), steps in as the fiscal sponsor. For a fee, we provide administrative services and oversight, taking on limited legal and financial responsibility for the activities of your project or business.

•  Fiscal Sponsorship applications are accepted on a rolling basis. There is no deadline to apply.  
• Fill out the inquiry form to see if our fiscal sponsorship program is right for you. If your program aligns with our mission we will reach out to schedule a consultation
• Become a member to receive the best rates and ongoing support throughout the life of your project 

•  All potential sponsees must submit an application and application fee for review.  We will contact you with questions regarding your submission if necessary.  
• Your project must fit within the confines of our mission to support independent artists and social innovators.
• We provide fiscal sponsorship to:  Corporations, LLCs, Partnership Individual/Sole Proprietorships, and Informal Groups with an EIN. 
• Projects must have a minimum of a $10,000 fundraising goal 
• Application fees are not refundable under any circumstance

• Your project must have an artistic or social component. Let us know how what you do impacts the world around you. 
• We do not support commerce based products, projects, or organizations through fiscal sponsorship
